CONCEPT
A new category of industrial firefighting vehicle
Built around a high-energy two-phase extinguishing stream
A Mobile Industrial Firefighting Platform for Extreme Hydrocarbon Fires
Powered by the JETEX SGT Two‑Phase Stream
Large‑scale fire test experience
JETEX is not a purely theoretical concept.
The firefighting principle has already been demonstrated in large‑scale live-fire scenarios involving hydrocarbon fuels.
Examples of previous fire testing:
20-ton fuel fire suppressed in 170 s
4-ton fuel fire suppressed in 40 s
Current next step: independent European validation and vehicle‑based industrial integration.

What is the JETEX Two‑Phase Platform?
The JETEX Two-Phase Platform is a new mobile industrial firefighting concept designed for the rapid suppression of extreme hydrocarbon fires.
Unlike a conventional water-carrying fire truck, it is built around the JETEX two‑phase extinguishing stream and intended to operate from external industrial water supply systems commonly available at refineries, terminals, tank farms and other high-risk industrial facilities.
The purpose of the platform is straightforward: to bring the JETEX firefighting principle into a professional vehicle-based industrial format capable of fast deployment, long-range stream delivery and powerful fire attack in severe industrial scenarios.
Why this platform is different
JETEX is not conceived as another water tanker.
It is conceived as a mobile industrial firefighting platform built around a high‑energy two‑phase extinguishing stream.
The JETEX firefighting principle
At the core of the platform is the JETEX two-phase extinguishing stream.
In the JETEX system, water, foam concentrate and compressed air are combined into a coherent two-phase firefighting stream designed for aggressive industrial fire attack. The objective is not simply to create airflow around the fire, but to generate a powerful extinguishing jet capable of delivering cooling effect, foam application and fire suppression performance deep into the fire zone.
The vehicle platform is built around this principle. Its architecture exists to supply the air flow, pumping capacity, control logic and mobility required to deploy the JETEX stream in real industrial conditions.

Indicative platform architecture
The JETEX Two‑Phase Platform is conceived as an integrated industrial firefighting vehicle built around the following functional modules:
JETEX Monitor and Mixing Unit
Roof‑mounted firefighting monitor and mixing assembly generating the JETEX two-phase extinguishing stream.
Air Compressor Unit
Onboard compressor package supplying the compressed air required for mobile JETEX operation.
Foam System
Foam tank and associated proportioning / delivery architecture for hydrocarbon fire scenarios.
Pump Unit
Vehicle-integrated pump package designed to work with external industrial water supply and deliver the required water flow to the JETEX system.
Control and Integration
Control logic, monitor operation, pump control, system management and overall vehicle integration functions.
External Water Supply Unit
Water supply interface with filtration, pressure regulation and metering to feed the JETEX system.
Why the platform is designed around external water supply
The JETEX platform is intended for industrial sites where firewater is already available through hydrants, ring mains, pump stations or other site infrastructure.
For this reason, the platform is not designed as a municipal-style tanker truck. Instead, chassis capacity is reserved for the systems required to generate the JETEX stream in mobile mode.
This approach reflects the reality of many industrial fire scenarios: the critical limitation is often not the availability of water itself, but the ability to deliver an effective extinguishing stream into a major hydrocarbon fire quickly, powerfully and from a practical distance.
From prototype to industrial platform
JETEX has already developed and demonstrated a functional container‑based firefighting prototype.
The current objective is to translate the JETEX firefighting principle into a professionally integrated mobile industrial vehicle platform suitable for independent validation, prototype engineering and future industrial deployment.
